Re: Youtube
Great find!
These have been around a little while - but well worth seeing them again! Cheers!
If I remember right there are 3 films in the set - volumes 1 and 2, and also an 'promo' (a short version of volumes 1 and 2), and a live version of 'Chiggers' which I think was filmed at 'End of the Road' festival in 2007.
The same film maker has done one or two videos for another of my fave artists - Gemma Ray.
Cheers, davey.

Re: Youtube
I would think that almost every song performed live by Steve, and a few videos, are now available somewhere on Youtube.
I used to design the unofficial Van Morrison magazine for about 10 years. The editor had the largest collection of Van recordings, cuttings, posters, flyers and videos (pre-Youtube days) and was considered to be the source of all facts relating to The Man.
Because Van relentlessly toured, the magazine was full of dates, set lists, venues and reviews and on a regular basis complete magazines were produced which gave discographies and videographies, but the list I found most interesting was the one that detailed, as a chart, which songs had been performed live by Van most often. I seem to remember that 'Brown Eyed Girl' was top, but sometimes very obscure songs were performed, just once, in mid tour.
This has always intrigued me and can anyone recall Steve breaking away from his standard set list to perform a lesser known song?
I wondered if any Seasick Steve fan has a database of similar information, or has the time to compile one.
I also used to design the 'Ready" official magazine for the Blues Band and I know that there is a similar archive of facts for them, but probably not in so much detail.
Don't worry, I am not angling to produce a Seasick Steve magazine as I know the amount of effort needed!

Very interesting post sugarhead. I`m impressed with your cv there, and can appreciate how much work must have been involved in your past projects. I share your intrigue and agree, It`s always great to hear obscure songs at gigs

Cheers, SMH. Looking back, producing magazines seems very cool, but the reality was late, all night typesetting, picture editing and article chasing, deadlines racing past with a whoosh, and last minute changes leading to a state of alcohol induced mania and madness.
At least the nervous shaking has stopped now
