Just saw a documentary ... "Billy Connolly ... Journey to the Edge of the World". Billy takes on a 10 week, 10,000 mile journey from the east coast starting in Nova Scotia, through the North-West Passage and ending on the west coast on Vancouver Island. It's a fine piece of work and really "worth your loonies" as we say in this part of the world!

... and there's banjo music in it :D ... Billy's a darn good picker!

I seen bits of that and really enjoyed it.. keep meanig to catch it and watch it all... didnt billy conely start out as a folk musician that told jokes?
i got the hobo low.

That's a good show, he started out as a welder in the docks and then folk musician then comedy.

Hey Boog, a 'soon to be' Canadian here and a huge Billy Connolly fan too.

I loved his Canadian tour, started off in NS which is where I'll be living in 4 weeks time !!. I agree, it's well worth the money ;)
