Happy New Year!!
Very sorry for the lack of updates as of late. The record industry kind of shuts down over the Christmas holidays and it's very hard to get *anything* sorted.
For my part, I proposed to my partner AND we announced to our friends and family that we're having our second child. SO, as you can imagine, my holiday has been pretty hectic and hasn't left me much time to think about Seasick Steve stuff.
Steve himself, however, has been down in Australia for a couple of weeks now and after a little relaxing in Byron Bay is now well on his way through is Australian tour dates. You can catch him tomorrow at the Metro in Sydney! Not to be missed. :)
For those of us NOT in Australia, December has been fairly quiet for Seasick Steve stuff, but right before he left for Oz Steve and I spent a day at Dunsfold...at the Top Gear studios. First airing of Steve's Top Gear appearance is TONIGHT Sunday the 3rd of January, 2010, around 8pm on BBC2. Steve had loads of fun (as did I) and you should definitely try and watch the show tonight. Of course, will be shown at all sorts of different days and times and channels all over the world as well. Plus it's VERY easy to find and download TG episodes online. So you've got no excuse!
